Izumi Settsu will become explorable as Naoe after you finished the short prologue in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. This will allow you to freely explore the region and undertake some of the many activities there, such as Paintings. Read on to find out where the two paintings in Izumi Settsu are located!
Where to Find All Kano Paintings in Izumi Settsu¶
There isn’t much purpose to the Kano Painting but they are needed to complete the Art Collector Side Quest which will become available when you visit the Yamashiro Region. Izumi Settsu has two Kano Paintings to track down and steal.
Osaka Castle Kano Painting¶
(1 of 2) Head to the southwest side of Osaka
Head to the southwest side of Osaka (left), to find the Kano Painting in the middle of the building. (right)
The first Kano Painting can be found by heading to Osaka Castle which is located in the northwest portion of the region and then sneaking into the building to the southwest of the viewpoint. There are only two enemies stationed outside but these can easily be dealt with by climbing up onto the roof and assassinating both at once if you have the “Double Assassinate” Skill unlocked.
Takatsuki Castle Kano Painting¶
(1 of 2) Head to the eastern side of Takatsuki Castle
Head to the eastern side of Takatsuki Castle (left), to find the Kano Painting sitting in the corner of the building. (right)
The second Kano Painting can be found by heading to Takatsuki Castle which is located in the northernmost point of the region and then making your way into the building to the south of the viewpoint. There will be several enemies scattered around the outside of the building, so you’ll want to quietly do a loop around the building assassinating them before you can safely enter.
