Fungal Frustrations is a 1☆ Village Quest.

This quest is set in Shrine Ruins, where Unique Mushrooms can be collected from Mushroom Colonies. Mushroom Colonies are mostly found at the center of the map, as shown on the mini map. To find the Mushroom Colonies, you’ll need to make your way up the path that heads onto the higher sections of the center of the map.

You should be able to collect around two Unique Mushrooms per colony, so you’ll be able to complete this quest in no time. As a reward, you’ll receive 240z.
