We recommend heading to areas 10, 11 and 12 of the Frost Islands to find Zamites. You’ll find them lurking around the pools of water there and it can help to access the Frost Islands Expedition during a Zamite Outbreak. Finally, the Hot Topic Hooligans Quest found in the Hub’s 1 Star list has a quest revolved around defeating Zamites.
