Awake from Slumber

Once you gain control of Sora, turn around and head back towards the Old Mansion. In the corner is a chest with a Potion (1/15) and near the entrance to the Mansion is another chest with a Mythril Shard (2/15). Leave the area and you are taken to the Usual Spot. Return to the Woods after the scene to claim three chests – a Potion (3/15), Mythril Shard (4/15), and Hi-Potion (5/15). Head back to the Tram Common and you can spot two chests immediately – a Potion (12/15) and a Hi-Potion (6/15). If you go into the northern area you can fight off the bees and climb to the second level where a chest holds a Tent (8/15).

Accessory Price
Ability Ring 80

Elven Bandana 100
Shadow Anklet 150
Weapon Price
Hammer Staff 100
Adamant Shield 100

Run along the top of the buildings and cross over the bridge to a chest with a Mythril Shard (9/15). Turn east and jump the gap to find another Mythril Shard (11/15). Head back across the bridge to the first chest on this level and go east along the green rooftops. Jump across to a chest with an AP Boost (7/15). The last treasure in the Tram Common is near the Synthesis Shop in the southwest corner, the chest has a Potion (10/15). Once you’ve collected all the treasure, head to Station Heights and into the Station Plaza.

You get some pretty strong friends to help you out in the beginning (left). Collect all the chests you can for plenty of loot (right).

Return of the King

You’ll be fighting waves of Nobodies but with Donald and Goofy it’s not hard to beat them until Mickey appears. He hands over the Munny Pouch, Crystal Orb, and Secret Ansem’s Report 2 . In Central Station check the west side for a Hi-Potion ( 14/15) and a Tent (13/15). At the northeast is a chest with a Mythril Shard (15/15) and that’s all folks. Talk to Donald to board the train.

At the Tower you’ll find three chests on the ground – a Potion (16/22), Hi-Potion (17/22), and Ether (18/22). Approach Pete at the entrance for a scene and a battle against some Shadows.

Monster - Shadow

Shadows are the simplest form of Heartless and usually come in a great numbers. They are often defeated in a single combo, but magic is usually faster when they are in waves. Shadows can hide in the ground making them invulnerable but not untargetable.

The Powerful Yen Sid

You are forced inside and can’t leave, so hopefully you got the treasure earlier. Grab the Ether (19/22) and Mythril Shard (20/22) from the chests on this bottom floor. Head up the stairs fighting your way past Shadows and in the second room, Soldiers.

Monster - Soldier

Shadows and Soldiers look similar and come in large groups. Watch out for Soldiers (right) as they are more powerful.

Soldiers are more powerful than Shadows and have a thrust attack that should be defended against. It is possible to get a Reaction Command for Cyclone before the Soldier spins for a powerful attack. This will defeat the Soldier instantly and still give full experience.

Head up the steps to the final room where you meet Yen Sid. Read from the book he conjures then open the chest for the Tower Map (21/22) and talk to Yen Sid again. Head into the next room and open the chest for a Mythril Stone (22/22). Talk to Flora, in red garments, to start a scene. Sora will learn Valor Form and get Star Seeker . As you head back to Yen Sid, you’ll get your first puzzle piece, Awakening #5 . You’ll board the Gummi Ship after the scene and be left with just Hollow Bastion to visit.

Kingdom Hearts II begins where Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days leave off. Sora and his companions have been asleep for about a year, regaining their memories. When Sora awakens, he eventually arrives in Twilight Town, the place where a mysterious boy, Roxas, lived before he suddenly left. Gaining new clothes and powers, Sora began his journey anew, unaware of the events that have taken place in Chain of Memories. Sora continues his quest by unlocking paths to new worlds, learning of Nobodies and fighting the Heartless, as well as facing the remaining members of the mysterious Organization XIII. As the game progresses, Sora learns about Roxas and how much they have in common.

Birth By Sleep is the origins of the series’ hero and villain, Sora and Xehanort, and delves deep into the mysteries of Xehanort’s bleak past and forgotten memories as well as how Sora and Riku came to wield the Keyblade in the first place. It deals with three Keyblade Wielders: Terra, Aqua and Ventus and each character has their own scenario.
