Assassin's Creed Mirage

How to Get the Poster Boy Trophy/Achievement in AC Mirage

By
Jarrod Garripoli

You’ll find a number of trophies and achievements in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, many of which require you to perform some kind of specific action. The Poster Boy trophy/achievement will have you reaching max notoriety, then become anonymous by tearing down wanted posters. This page will detail how to increase your notoriety, and then how to find the wanted posters.

Wanted posters are the key behind getting the Poster Boy trophy/achievement.

How to Unlock the Poster Boy Trophy/Achievement in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

It should be quickly noted that there are a few trophies and achievements tied to notoriety. Notorious requires you to stay at maximum notoriety for ten straight minutes, while The Shadow and the Flame wants you to defeat a Shakiriyya in combat. This is the elite enemy that comes after you whenever you reach max notoriety. However, defeating a Shakiriyya will empty your notoriety meter, as will Poster Boy, so it’s not something that you can actually do together.

The basics of notoriety are that committing illegal actions, such as stealing, trespassing in restricted areas, or killing, will increase the meter. Once it reaches certain levels (there are only three), then you are more likely to have guards coming after you. Of course, for this particular trophy/achievement, you will need to achieve maximum notoriety. There are three thresholds, but there’s also a little bit of bar after that third tier. For this particular trophy/achievement, you will need to make sure that extra bar is also filled to the brim.

(1 of 3) Make sure that your entire notoriety gauge is full when attempting this.

You get how to increase notoriety, so you probably need to get rid of it. The Munadi is one such way, but that’s not relevant to this trophy/achievement. The other way to decrease your notoriety is by removing wanted posters. As you gain notoriety, you will sometimes see these posters pop up on your compass. They can be found on walls and approaching them will give you a prompt to tear them down from said wall. Doing this will remove one tier of notoriety. The only difficult part about this trophy/achievement is the Shakiriyya, as they are very hard to deal with since they are very strong.

However, you should be able to simply outrun them, dodging at the last second whenever they try to attack you. So, get your notoriety to the max it can be, then keep an eye on your compass for the wanted posters. You want to keep tabs on your notoriety meter here, too, since the extra bar might deplete if the enemies lose track of you. Just keep them on you until you find your first wanted poster, then you can just continue to run around for the other ones. Once your notoriety is fully depleted from the wanted posters, you will unlock this trophy/achievement. Note that at the time of this writing, it might not unlock right away, so keep playing until it does, as it might be delayed for a little bit.
