There will be plenty of contracts that become available near the start of the game. They get you to perform a variety of tasks, such as escorting patrons and racing other Hidden Ones. The Marked Coins is a mission where you end up in a friendly race before delivering the final package to the contractor. Completing this quest will get you the Rostam Outfit. The guide below goes over how to beat the Hidden One in the race, as well as how to complete The Marked Coins.

When Does The Marked Coins Contract Become Available?¶
The Marked Coins will become available after you have completed the main story quest, Zeroing In. When you are ready to accept the contract, head to the board inside of the Bureau and interact with it. You will be able to see the rewards for completion and the bonus awards for completing the contractor’s request. Once you have picked it up, go to the contract section in your inventory to track it.
How To Win The Race Against the Hidden One¶
This mission sends you to an area East of the Hidden One’s Bureau. Here you will find an unnamed Hidden One. The Hidden One will challenge Basim to a race. If you win, then your reward will be complete. When you are ready to start, speak with the Hidden One. He will immediately start sprinting towards the coin, so you need to be ready to move quickly. While he may seem like a challenge, all you really need to do is take the street to the location to beat him. Once there, grab the coins from the location. The Hidden One is programmed to parkour faster than Basim can.

You will now follow the marker to the Round City. If possible, fast travel to avoid having to sneak your way inside. There, you will find a man waiting. Give him the coins. If you complete the race successfully, he will give you a bit extra for your trouble.
The Marked Coins Rewards - The Rostam Outfit¶
This quest will give you 45 Components, two Merchant’s Favor Tokens, and the Rostam outfit for completion. If you beat the Hidden One in the race, then you will also get 65 Dirhams and two additional Merchant’s Favor Tokens. The Rostam Outfit can be equipped from your inventory at any time. It can also easily be swapped out for another outfit and then put back on at a later time. This will fully complete The Marked Coins contract.
