Assassin's Creed Mirage

The Weapons Dealer Contract - Assassin's Creed Mirage

By
Jessica Dillon

The Weapons Dealer ontract is one of the first five contracts that becomes available to Basim in the game. This is a simple contract as it’s one of the first, and while you need to be stealthy, it isn’t overwhelming. You will be able to earn additional rewards for not taking damage during the mission. The guide below goes over how to start the Weapons Dealer contract and how to complete the mission without taking any damage from the guards.

You can pick up the Weapons Dealer contract at the Bureau.

When Does The Weapons Dealer Contract Become Available?

The Weapons Dealer contract is one of the first contracts that you can access in Mirage. To start it, you will need to make your way to the Hidden One’s Bureau and interact with the contracts board after completing the main story quest Zeroing In. Here you will find the Weapons Dealer contract, look at the reward, and pick it up when you’re ready to get started. You should note that this is a sub-requirement for not taking any damage while completing this contract if you want some extra rewards. Once you are ready to start, go to the investigations menu, and then open contracts to start tracking the weapons dealer’s location.

How To Guide The Weapons Dealer to Safety

You will need to head to the Round City to find the Weapons Dealer. Once you’re near the quest marker, release your falcon and follow the yellow marker until you pin down the NPC’s location on your map. Head over to the marker to speak with the Weapons Dealer and get things moving. For this mission, the contractor’s request is to not take any damage if you want some extra rewards. Follow him for a bit until you get to an ally, he will hide and task you with taking out three guards. Move up the building in front of you to take out the guard overlooking the alley first. You now have a vantage point to use throwing knives on the remaining two guards. If you don’t have throwing knives, then make your way behind them and kill them that way. If one is close enough to the top of the building you may even be able to assassinate them from above without the other one seeing.

(1 of 4) Go to the location on the map to find where the Weapons Dealer is hiding.

The Weapons Dealer will begin to move again at this point. You will follow him to a large gate where he will hide again. This time you will need to take out four guards, but due to the large gateway, you can’t climb around them to get an easy vantage point. There is a loot chest with throwing knives next to the hiding Weapons Dealer, take them and hit the pots next to the first set of guards. This should blind them long enough for you to run in and defeat them. You will then want to sneak over to the room next door to take care of the third guard by killing him from behind. Make your way down the pathway and use one of the crates as a cover to throw a knife and kill the final guard.

The Weapons Dealer will once again begin to move forward. You should follow along beside him. You will now be arriving at a courtyard near the Qadi District Office. Here you will find five more guards, including one on a balcony overlooking the others. Make your way over to the guard on the balcony using the nearby buildings and take him out first. From here you can pick the remaining guards off with throwing knives if you have them or use the flower beds to lure and kill the remaining four. Just be careful as two of them like to cluster together pretty often making a kill difficult. Once cleared, the Weapons Dealer will move through the courtyard to his final destination. Speak with him once there to complete the contract and receive your rewards.

(1 of 9) You will need to take out three guards in the ally.

The Weapon’s Dealer Rewards

For your trouble, you will get the Rostam Sword, forty-five components, and two Power Tokens. If you have managed to complete the mission without killing anyone, then you will also receive 65 coins and two more Power Tokens. In addition, a new contract will pop up on the board after the Weapon’s Dealer has been finished.
