If you are looking for a unique item, and to fully complete Assassin’s Creed: Mirage, then you will want to look into the Reap From the Ruins Enigma. Enigmas are generally easy to find, but the treasures they send you to find can be a pain to locate as you only get a crude map to direct you. The Reap From the Ruins Enigma map is even more confusing as it has a picture of an eldritch creature on it. Where to Find the Reap From the Ruins Enigma in AC Mirage¶
The Reap From the Ruins Enigma is in the southern part of the map, and quite easy to miss. It is located in the town of Jarjaraya, at the southern end, near where the river cuts through part of the town. It’s one of three Wilderness Enigmas, and the one that will drag you furthest south. Once you have made your way to Jarjaraya, the yellow marker for the Enigma should pop up as you’re making your way through the southern portion of the town, just walk down the side of the river until it pops up.
Once you see the marker, head inside the house, there will be some stairs, take them to reach the second floor. Once upstairs you will see a corpse on the ground, beside him on his right side is the Reap From the Ruins Enigma. Once you pick it up, you will also gain a crudely drawn treasure map. This one is even more confusing than the ones you find with the other Wilderness Enigmas, as it appears to have a drawing of Cthulhu at the bottom with a building floating above his head. The section below will go over where to go to find the treasure associated with this incredibly strange map.
Where to Find the Treasure for the Reap From the Ruins Enigma¶
You will be heading down to the southernmost part of the map to find this treasure. This is quite the distance from Jarjaraya, so go ahead and call your mount, you are going to need them to get there quickly. You will be going to an area that is essentially a bunch of small patches of land broken up between water. There are even some snakes around to cause you a bit of damage. Please note that a snake likes to sit right beside the treasure, so make sure to take him out before grabbing it.
Once you are in the right area, you should see some ruins. The treasure is on an island across from them, and while it glows like the rest, it is hard to spot from some angles as it’s blocked by a rock. Just go to the spot marked in the picture above and you will find it below a tree, the snake also helps to let you know that you’re in the right place. For your trouble, you will get the Eldritch Talisman, a purely decorative item with a little Cthulhu charm on it. You can equip it by going to your inventory and switch between your talismans at any time. This will wrap up everything associated with the Reap From the Ruins Enigma.
