Walkthrough for St. Ursula Medical College during the main quest Monster Damage Investigation on Chapter 1 Day 1 in The Legend of Heroes: Trails From Zero.
After passing through four screens of Ursula Road you’ll finally reach St. Ursula Medical College, the last stop in the very busy first day of Chapter 1. There’s a whole lot of chatter here, with a new recipe you can grab, some team bonding you can trigger, a bit of detective work and some fishing. Let’s put an end to this day…

Investigating St. Ursula Medical College¶
Make your way east through the gates to reach the grounds of St. Ursula Medical College, which will provoke some chatter among the group. Once done head forward until you reach a four-way split in the road. If you go south you’ll find the St. Ursula Medical College fishing spot, which we’ll cover later. Go north and you’ll reach Le Lectier Inn, while if you continue east you’ll reach the Medical College - Lobby.
Continue east to reach the Medical College - Lobby, which provokes more conversation, then approach the front desk and talk to Receptionist Sera, and after a great deal of dialog. A short eternity later you’ll find yourself back in control in the Le Lectier Inn. Talk to Superintendent Kirsch behind the counter to obtain the Deluxe Beef Stew recipe - this area’s lone missable item.
Go up the stairs to the east then continue up a second flight of stairs to reach the third floor of the inn, then follow the highway and take an exit to the south to find yourself outside, near some laundry. Cross a bridge to the east to trigger another scene, which leads to Lloyd and company questioning the victim of the monster attack, Resident Lytton.

When you’re back in control you’ll be on the Medical College - Hospital 2F. Exit for more dialog, after which go up the stairs to the east to reach Medical College - Hospital 3F, then follow the hallway until you find an exit sign near an area transition. Exit here to return to the roof, near where the last scene with Cecile started. Make your way south, then southeast to reach the site of the attack, and after more chatter you’ll need to investigate the area:

Investigate a railing to the east, past a tree.

Following the railing lining the roof west, then north to find another spot of railing to examine past a bench, near a lamppost.

Make your way northeast past the nearby lamppost and another tree to examine an obscured section of railing at the back of the hospital.

Head west and cross the bridge linking the roof of the Medical College and the Le Lectier Inn. As you cross this bridge, examine the railing to the south.

Continue west to return to where the laundry is hanging and examine the railing to the west.

With a likely point of ingress discovered, go through the door to the north to return to the interior of the Le Lectier Inn (Women’s Dormitory). Head back downstairs, then head west to find a door leading to the Men’s Dormitory. Head inside, follow the hallway and exit to the west to find yourself outside on a lower section of roof. Examine the white crates to the south to trigger a scene, and once it’s over examine some wooden crates to the north, then examine the railing to the west. This second stack of crates and railing offer some complications to an otherwise promising spree of investigation, but it’ll net you +2 Detective Points.

Head back inside, backtrack to the bottom floor of Le Lectier Inn, then exit outside and return to the Medical College - Lobby. Go upstairs (north) to reach the Medical College - Hospital 2F, then turn east to find a “Nurse Station”, where you’ll find Nurse Philia. Chat with her and after Randy shows off his game he’ll be interrupted by Head Nurse Martha. After the nurses leave, follow them into the room to the east and talk to Head Nurse Martha again to trigger a scene with Tio. Leave the room and continue down the hallway to the south to get another scene with Tio, which results in your bond with Tio increasing.

Go up some stairs to the east to reach Medical College - Hospital 3F, then enter room 304 to the north. After enduring a mighty torrent of chatter you’ll resolve the investigation and find yourself just outside of the hospital gates. All you have to do now is examine the bus sign and you’ll travel back to Crossbell City… but first, let’s check out that fishing spot…
You can catch the Pearlglass at the St. Ursula Medical College fishing spot, but little else of interest.

Not a whole lot to catch here that you couldn’t have fished out of one of the fishing spots on Ursula Road. The sole new fish you can currently catch here is the Pearlglass, and you’ll need to use Dumplings to entice it to bite. You could have farmed Racohm for these - hopefully you have enough bait to snag at least one of these fish. This will get your fishing notebook up to nine entries.
Do what fishing you can, then examine the bus stop sign to return to Crossbell City. You will, of course, have to sit through more dialog at the bus stop, on the bus, during some dreams, and in the morning, but you’re finally done with the first day of Chapter 1…
