Moon Temple Monster Extermination is a request on Chapter 4 Day 3.

How to Start Moon Temple Monster Extermination¶

Moon Temple Monster Extermination is a request that you can begin by examining the computer in the SSS HQ at the start of Chapter 4 Day 3, the final day of the Chapter. Unlike the Blue Pill Investigation Request, this one is entirely optional so it’s a good idea to focus on clearing it (and the other Requests) earlier in the day as once you pass through the door at the end of the Revache & Co. dungeon, you will be locked out of requests.

As with most Monster Extermination Requests, there’s no client that you’ll need to speak to first before you can fight the target so once you have it from the computer, it’s time to set out for the Moon Temple via Crossbell’s northern exit.

How to Complete Moon Temple Monster Extermination¶

To reach the Moon Temple, take the bus from Mainz Mountain Path to the Doll Studio and head west and into the tunnel. Continue to the intersection and head south to reach the Moon Temple. Once inside, head into the chapel, up to the stairs and through the doors in the center, you’ll find the target in the ritual chamber.

The Vizou are a easier to defeat than the other two Monster Extermination requests for this day, but you shouldn’t underestimate them still. They have no resistances against any of the elements and their less physical resistant than the other two requests too.

The main attack to watch out from is Debilitating Bite, this will hit a single character for around 480+ HP but more importantly, will lower one of their stats to its lowest value. Outside of this, they can and will cast Galion Tower which hits in a large AoE for around 850+ HP and will inflict Blind on anyone not protected against it.

With this in mind, the Vizou still shouldn’t be causing many issues. S-Breaks from Lloyd, Randy, and Tio should all but kill them and any high-level Arts should finish the job. Just be wary of Galion Tower and use an Impede against them to cancel it and you’ll be fine.

Your reward for victory is the Craft Book - Moon, this will unlock Cold Gehenna for Elie and Tio. You’ll also unlock the Over the Moon Achievement/Trophy.
