A Treat for the Mayor is a hidden request in the Intermission.
How to Start A Treat for the Mayor¶
A Treat for the Mayor is one of three hidden requests during the Intermission. As the SSS Computer is down during the entirety of the Intermission, you’ll have to seek out potential clients manually and speak with them in order to get the hidden requests, and some are tougher to find than others.
For this particular request, you’ll need to make your way to the Administrative District and enter City Hall. Inside, go up the stairs on the right and go into the room on the left to find Mayor McDowell. Speak with him for a scene and then when you regain control outside his room, go back down the stairs and Receptionist Shion will stop you. KeA will suggest a gift for the Mayor as thanks for all the hard work he has to endure and Receptionist Shion suggests that his favorite drink may be a good starting place, registering the A Treat for the Mayor hidden Request in the process.

How to Complete A Treat for the Mayor¶
You’ll have noticed the stall outside City Hall plenty of times as you’ve been passing through the Administrative District so leave City Hall and go towards the bushes to the right of the fountain to discover that the stall is not there. Lloyd suggests that the Juice Stall would not have left the city and decides to look around to locate it.
To find the stall, make your way to Station Street and you’ll immediately see the juice stall near the stairs leading down to the Geofront’s A Sector. Go ahead and approach it and speak to Chroma to trigger a scene, during which you’ll have a choice to make. Select Yes (Aidios, protect me) and you’ll take a swig of the juice, despite its bitter taste, the entire party will recover HP, EP and CP to 200.

With the juice in hand, return to City Hall and approach the Mayor’s office to trigger a scene. Head in after to learn a bit more about what was going on as you hand over the juice. As thanks, Mayor McDowell will hand over some Zeram Powder, a handy restorative that will revive a single party member while restoring all their HP and granting 100 CP!
