How to Start A Sincere Favor¶

A Sincere Favor is a request that you can begin by examining the computer in the SSS HQ at the start of Chapter 4 Day 1, the first day of the Chapter. Unlike the Ruins Investigation Request, this one is entirely optional so it’s a good idea to focus on clearing it (and the other Requests) earlier in the day as you’ll have Noel Seeker’s tank to get around Crossbell state easier.

Fortunately, unlike the other requests today, you don’t actually need to leave Crossbell to complete it as it takes place in the entirety of Crossbell. To get the ball rolling, head for East Street and go into the Long Lao Tavern & Inn, heading into the room at the far end to find Anton and his friend. Speak with him to learn that he’s fallen in love with someone whose name he doesn’t know and soon enough, you’ll learn he’s speaking about Fran, Noel’s sister.

How to Complete A Sincere Favor¶

The request is actually a simple one, with your help, he would like to meet with Fran and thank her for assistance during the festival. Head for the CPD in the Administrative District now and speak with Fran over at the reception. After you explain everything to her, Fran agrees to meet with Anton at Vingt-Sept in Central Square.

Deliver the news to Anton, who will be overjoyed at her invitation, and you’ll soon find yourself at the Times Department Store with Noel and Anton, looking for a gift for Fran. Go up the stairs and head to Lucca Boutique in front of you and once you get the choice about whether Anton should purchase the beanie, select “Recommend it” for bonus DP.

Some lengthy scenes will take over at this point as the group will automatically head for Vingt-Sept. After an amusing encounter, your job here will be done and the request complete.
