Cauldron XI Override. The Behemoth is a large machine and resembles a large pig/warthog, with the potential to be a bit dangerous. You likely won’t encounter one until later in the game, as they tend to be on the western side of the map, although they are a transport machine and thus, you may randomly come across a convoy in some areas. Despite bein a transport machine, they can be quite powerful and can kill you quickly with some of its attacks.

One of the more dangerous attacks the Behemoth can do is when it sticks its head into the ground a bit and just start “shoveling” rocks at you, similar to the Rockbreaker, but these are smaller and slightly easier to dodge. Up close, it can charge up and then unleash a fairly large shockwave, complete with some rocks flying. You will also find the Behemoth rear back and then slam the ground in front of it, causing some kind of shockwave. It will also lift up a large rock to send hurdling at you, as well as perform a charge, like a bull.

While Behemoths do have a cargo container, it’s likely not worth the effort to try and dislodge it, as you need to shoot the crate holders on either side, which can be hard to do when it’s hurling rocks at you. By far, the easiest way to take down one of these machines is to try and hit one of its Freeze Canisters with a freeze arrow, then damage its Force Loaders by its head with normal arrows (or precision arrows). Note that the Force Loaders explode with some force behind them, similar to the Longleg and its sac.
