Dragon Age: The Veilguard

In Peace Achievement/Trophy Guide

By
Ben Chard

When it comes to Achievements/Trophies in Dragon Age: The Veilguard, some can be difficult to obtain unless you know what you’re doing. That is especially true for the In Peace Achievement/Trophy as it’s one of the easier ones to miss unless you go looking for it. This page will tell you when and how to obtain the In Peace Achievement/Trophy.

You can unlock the hidden In Peace Achievement/Trophy in the Hossberg Wetlands.

Where to find all Flowers for In Peace

You’ll need to play through the adventure until you reach the final parts of Act 2, and in the process, complete every quest there is to do in the Hossberg Wetlands. Once you do, you should get the "Something's Coming" iconSomething’s Coming quest by reading a letter in The Lighthouse. Make your way back to Evka in the Wetlands and you’ll learn a bit more about how you may stop the Blight altogether in this region.

Once you complete the quest by taking out the Blight near "The Cauldron" iconThe Cauldron, you’ll learn that life is returning to the Wetlands, and you’ll find yourself in a small enclosed space that have flowers blooming. At this point, you can now start collecting the flowers for the In Peace Achievement/Trophy.

The First Flower - The Sheltered Glade

This is the easiest to find out of the three, as you’ll be right in the area you need to be as you complete Something’s Coming. Before leaving Evka and Antoine to some peace of their own, look near the Chest in this area to find one flower that sticks out and can be interacted with. Do so and you’ll pocket the first flower, just note that there is no indication that you actually have the flower which can be a little confusing!

The Second Flower - Old Crossroads

Make your way to the Old Crossroads now and search in the southeast corner to find that the Blight blocking this area has now been removed, allowing you to stroll another area full of life. Just like before, to the left of the Unique Chest, you’ll find the second flower that you can interact with. Two down, one to go.

(1 of 3) You’ll find yourself next to the first flower after completing Something’s Coming.

The Third Flower - Solitude’s Edge

The final flower that you need to find for this Achievement/Trophy can be found in Solitude’s Edge, so teleport over to that Beacon (near the house). From here, head south while hugging the wall to your left to discover that yet more of the Blight has been removed from another wall, granting you access to the third and final area full of flowers. If you look just behind the Chest found here, to the left, you’ll find a third flower you can bring along with you. There’s still a bit more work though before you can claim your reward.

Place the flowers where you fought the Fire and Ice dragons, in the Blighted Shallows.

Using the Flowers

Return to the Blight Shallows Beacon, where you fought the two Dragons in the Fire and Ice main quest and you’ll see a spirit in the center. Go over to it and you’ll be able to place the flowers at its feet, restoring hope to the Wetlands and unlocking the In Peace Achievement/Trophy, congratulations.
