A City Blighted is a side quest that can be found within Trevioso during the Signs and Portents Main Quest. It’ll require you to cleanse Treviso of blight. On this page, we’ll provide you with the necessary tips to find the blight boils and defeating Captain Devouring.

A City Blighted Starting Location¶
Once you’ve reached the main quest Signs and Portents, head over to the Antivan Crows Hideout (Cantori Diamond) which is located in Treviso and speak with Chance Candide. Here you’ll learn that the blight has overwhelmed the streets and he needs your help dealing with it.
Clear the Blight from Treviso¶
Exit the building via the northern doorway and use the zipline to reach the Crow’s Road Rooftops. From here, jump down and cross the bridge and then follow that path around to the northeast to reach the Heart and Central Area. You’ll want to temporarily avoid the enemies as they’ll continually respawn until you take out the four boils which can be found by following one of the four lines which branch out from the center.

Once the boils have been cleared out you’ll want to shift your attention on the abundance of enemies. The majority of them are basic and will go down within a few hits, but there are tougher opponents such as the Captain Devouring. It has quite a lot of health, so you’ll want to use combo attacks whenever they’re available and utilize fire-based spells to hit elemental weakness and deal maximum damage. When the area is finally clear, head over to the southwest corner and investigate the darkspawn corpse to bring the quest to a close.
A City Blighted Quest Rewards¶
For completing the quest, you’ll get 500 XP, +100 Antivan Crows Strength and a Corvid Calling Mask which is a head piece that increases light attack damage.
