If the Candlehops aren’t available for you, then you may have already picked them up while exploring, but you can try completing the Out of Tune, The Cobbled Swan Case, A Hidden Hoard and Desperate in Dock Town Side Quests and then revisit the locations to see if they’ve become available.

The map image for the thread storehouse is incorrect. That's aulas lookout.
None of these were where you "say" they're suppose to be. Excuse the first one was. But the rest disappeared. Went to every spot and nothing.....
Hey Yooperguy, as magesforthedas said below you may have already found them which means they've disappeared.
However, you could try completing the Out of Tune, The Cobbled Swan Case, A Hidden Hoard and Desperate in Dock Town Side Quests and then revisit the locations to see if they've become available.
Confirming here that you can complete this if you chose Treviso. The layout seems slightly different around the Safehouse because of the rubble, but not hard to find. Candlehops go away if you've already gotten them, so if they're gone you've already found that one. You get a message telling you to go back to the Shadows when you get the last one, so you'll know when you have all 7. Then return to the Safehouse!
Are you locked out of this if you choose Treviso? They all seemed to have disappeared
Hey Arcaluck, the Candlehops will still be available regardless of the route you've choose :)
You should still be able to complete it, if they're gone you've probably found that one.
