Out of Tune is a side quest that can be found in Dock Town after completing the Siege of Weisshaupt Main Quest. It’ll require you to investigate the missing buskers and this page will provide you with their locations!

Out of Tune Starting Location¶
Once you’ve completed the main quest the Siege of Weisshaupt, head over to the Wharf Crossing South area and interact with the noticeboard to begin this side quest!
Find The Buskers¶
There have been some Buskers disappearing, so head south and enter The Cobbled Swan, then investigate the table to learn that someone was waiting for a long time. Exit the building and interact with the blood marksa and wine, then head downstairs and interact with the instrument. It looks like the buskers were ambushed by the Venatori, so you’ll want to make your way over to their lookout which is located at the Shoreline Passage.

Use the nearby ladder to reach Aula’s Lookout and interact with the campfire to discover that someone was recently here, then drop down the right to come across a corpse which belongs to the Venatori. Go into the cave and pick up the Pamphlet Scrap which indicates that the buskers could be found at The Garden Restaurant. Fast travel to the Central Market and climb up to the rooftop and deal with the enemies. Make your way into the Restaurant and interact with the cup on the bar, then speak with Ambrosius before climbing down the ladder.
Out of Tune Quest Rewards¶
Speak with the Buskers to bring the quest to a close and you’ll be rewarded with 500 XP, +100 Shadow Dragons Strength and Companion Bond Increase.
