Shock Trooper is a Specialization used only by the Engineer and Sentinel classes in Mass Effect 1 once you complete the Assignment UNC: Rogue VI and select it. It’ll increase the recharge time on “medical talents” as well as offer improvements to the Neural Shock and First Aid abilities. Any ranks of Engineer or Sentinel will be carried over when you take this Specialization.

First Aid does 80 extra healing, ignores toxic damage, and can revive fallen party members.
