The Sentinel talent is a special talent used only by the Sentinel class in Mass Effect 1 which reduces the cooldown time of tech and biotic talents while also increasing damage and accuracy with pistols. At talent level 7, the Sentinel can specialize in either Bastion or Medic, unlocking the other levels and abilities from 7-12.

Talent Levels¶

Talent Level	Description
1	Reduces the cooldown time of Throw, Lift, Barrier and Stasis by 3%. Reduces the cooldown time of Sabotage, Overload, First Aid and Neural Shock by 3%. Increases pistol damage by 2% and pistol accuracy by 4%.
2	Reduces the cooldown time of biotic and tech talents by 5%. Increases pistol damage by 4% and pistol accuracy by 7%.
3	Reduces the cooldown time of biotic and tech talents by 7%. Increases pistol damage by 6% and pistol accuracy by 10%.
4	Reduces the cooldown time of biotic and tech talents by 8%. Increases pistol damage by 8% and pistol accuracy by 13%.
5	Reduces the cooldown time of biotic and tech talents by 9%. Increases pistol damage by 10% and pistol accuracy by 16%.
6	Unlocks Marksman
7	Unlocks Bastion or Medic.
