Throw is a biotic talent in Mass Effect 1 which allows you to knock enemies away, throw them off ledges, damage them and generally render many enemies helpless. Throw is available from the start for Adepts, Sentinels, Vanguards, Liara (Asari Scientist) and can be unlocked by Wrex (Krogan Battlemaster) later.

Throws enemies away from the caster with a force of 600 Newtons.
Radius: 4m
Recharge time: 60 seconds
Accuracy Cost: 60%

Advanced Throw

Throws enemies away from the caster with a force of 1000 Newtons.
Radius: 5m
Recharge time: 50 seconds
Accuracy Cost: 45%

Master Throw

Throws enemies away from the caster with a force of 1250 Newtons.
Radius: 6m
Recharge time: 40 seconds
Accuracy Cost: 30%

Talent Levels

You’ll obtain the Throw Mastery achievement for using this ability 25 times.
