This Assignment takes place during during the core mission in Feros. You’ll need to clear the initial Geth Attack before this Assignment can be accepted.
Speak to Fai Dan after Feros: Geth Attack to accept this Assignment.
How to Begin¶
Once you head to Feros to investigate the Geth, you’ll be ambushed by the Geth. Once you’ve driven them away from Zhu’s Hope, you’ll be able to speak to Fai Dan once more to learn more about the colony. Using Investigate, you’ll eventually learn about the Geth transmitter down in the tunnels.
Find the Geth¶
Once accepted, make your way north out of Zhu’s Hope and ignore the elevator to the Prothean Skyway, instead heading to the end of the path and taking the stairs down to the bottom to reach the tunnels. From here, follow the linear path until you reach an intersection heading west to the Collapsed Highway Section, north and east.

Head east here and cross the bridge, you’ll encounter some light Geth resistance but more importantly, a group of three Krogans. Do not let them get up close, it can be fatal depending on the difficulty you’re playing on, instead, back up and use Biotics to disable them, firing at the with Toxic rounds to stop them from regenerating. Once the area is clear, head over to the tansmitter and shoot at it to destroy it before making your way back to Fai Dan to complete the Assignment.
