The Celebration Mural is one of the many side quests that’ll become available as soon you reach the Upper Plains. It’ll require you to hunt down Pod Fruits and Fortune Fruit in order to create unique dyes for a mural. On this page, we’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to finding superior Pod Fruits and Fortune Fruits.
You’ll assist Zakru with creating the Mural.
How to Start The Celebration Mural Side Quest¶
You’ll need to progress through the main story until you have the ability to enter the Upper Plains, then you’ll want to make your way over to The Circle Zeswa Clan Home and speak with the Na’vi standing in the Dancer’s Ring to obtain The Celebration Mural Side Quest. Here you’ll be tasked with obtaining two superior ingredients, Pod Fruits and Fortune Fruit to craft unique dyes for the mural. However, you’ll need to do a lot of exploring in order to come across these items, so we recommend that you take the time to unlock your Ikran in this region first.
Where to Find Superior Pod Fruits in Avatar¶
Pod Fruits can be found by fast traveling to the Pneumatic Tower Charlie RDA Mining Installation, then head north until you come across the Sheltering Bushpod. Head inside and you’ll find multiple exquisite and superior Pod Fruits which you can perfectly harvest by pulling the analog stick down. Once you’ve acquired the Pod Fruits, you’ll want to find Tukru who can be found at the Watchful Scouts Camp and this can be reached by fast traveling to the Extractor Plant RDA Base and flying north while hugging Wing Mountain.

After some progress has been made on the mural, you’ll need to find Nefika and she can be found in the Weaver’s Den area of the Hometree which is located back in Kinglor Forest. Pick her brain about colors and then return to Tukru back at Watchful Scouts to continue working on the mural. Next up, you’ll need to speak with Famuk and they can be found at the Hunter’s Meet Camp which is located in the Step’s Cradle Valley sub-region of the Clouded Forest.
Where to Find Superior Fortune Fruit in Avatar¶
You’ll now need to track down some Fortune Fruit and these can be found on Fortune Leaf Canes which are located in the Kinglor Forest. More specifically, you’ll want to head to a Big Leaf Biome, such as the Rising Spires to increase your chances of finding them. Unfortunately, the Fortune Fruits are usually high up the tree, so in order to harvest them you’ll need to use your Ikran to fly up above it, then dismount and collect them on the way down. With the Fortune Fruit in your possession, return to Tukru back at the Watchful Scouts Camp and the quest will come to a close!
