There’s a large variety of materials to gather while exploring Pandora and each of these is extremely useful for crafting stronger equipment, ammo for your Bow or Guns, and making food with additional benefits. Night Leaf Tree Location in Avatar¶
Unfortunately, Night Leaf Trees aren’t very easy to come across due to their size making it difficult to spot amongst all the other trees within Pandora. You’ll have a higher chance of coming across these trees by exploring the Spinner’s Circle sub-region of Kinglor Forest. More specifically areas with lots of cliffs, such as the Dyer’s Bowl or Tapestry Falls. We recommend that you make use of the Na’vi Sense as these will highlight any items that you can collect and gather.
What Are Night Leaf Branches Used For in Avatar¶
There are different types of trees that you’ll encounter in Avatar, but Night Leaf Trees are one of the first you’ll find scattered around the Kinglor Forest Region.

Night Leaf Tree - Superior and Rarer Quality¶
Night Leaf Trees are a type of material used for crafting better Longbows which means you’ll be able to deal more damage against Enemies, RDA Mechs, Helicopters and more, so you’ll want to make sure you keep both of your bows upgraded throughout the game. However, if you manage to get hold of Superior or Exquisite Quality versions of this item, then you’ll have a better chance to get higher stats when you use it to craft your Longbow.
Unfortunately, if you want to gather the higher quality Night Leaf Trees then you’ll need to meet some specific requirements. For example, you’ll get the Best Quality variant when the item is wet, so you need to wait for it to be raining before you can pick and harvest it perfectly. To begin, you’ll want to make your way over to the Stoneblade Ridge sub-region because it’s a Rainforest Biome, then if it isn’t raining you’ll want to keep forwarding time by resting at campfires until it is. When you come across a Night Leaf Tree, you’ll want to harvest by pulling it to the left.
