There are numerous resources for you to find and gather while you’re exploring in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. These are required to craft better equipment, cook up interesting recipes, and they’re sometimes needed to complete quest objectives. Swamp Hive Nectar Locations in Avatar¶
The size of Swamp Hives along with the color allowing it to blend into the environment makes it a difficult resource to track down, but they can be found more commonly in certain areas of Pandora. Swamp Hives can be found in the Swamp Lowlands biome and that is located within the Silk Woods sub-region of the Kinglor Forest. However, the Silk Woods is one of the larger regions, so you’ll want to open up your map and press up on the D-Pad to highlight the biomes and investigate the areas until you find the one you need.
We’ve managed to find The Swamp Lowlands biome of the Silk Woods in the southwest near the Hunter’s Headland, so you’ll want to fast travel over to the Gas Harvester Alpha RDA Outpost to reach it quickly. From here, you’ll want to activate your Na’vi Sense and run around this biome while paying close attention to trees, when you’re near a hive it’ll be highlighted.
What Are Swamp Hive Nectar Used For in Avatar¶
There are different types of nectar that you’ll encounter in Avatar, but Swamp Hive Nectar is likely to be the first type that you’ll find.

How to Get Pristine Swamp Hive Nectar¶
Swamp Hive Nectar is a resource that if used when cooking food will give the dish an added bonus of Firewalk, which gives you +35% resistance to fire. Additionally, you’ll need to obtain Swamp Hive Nectar during certain main story missions. If you want to get the best quality of Swamp Hive Nectar you’ll need to harvest it during the day, and you can harvest it perfectly by pushing up on the analog stick.
