This page explains the usage of amiibo figures in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes.

Similar to Three Houses, Three Hopes supports amiibo figures, although what they do isn’t too exciting.

How to Use amiibo¶

First, you must have reached Chapter 4 to access the base camp. While at base camp, press or to open the main menu. Then go down to Bonuses and select amiibo Presents.

Now carefully place your amiibo figure over the NFC touchpoint. If you’re playing in handheld mode or docked/table mode with Joy-Con controllers, it’s where is. Meanwhile, if you have a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, it’s along the top of the front face of the controller, where the Nintendo Switch logo is.

If successful, you will receive a random weapon, item or money. Each day, you can receive up to 1 gift from a specific amiibo figure and up to 5 gifts from all amiibo.
