This page lists all the items found in Space-Time Distortions in Pokémon Legends Arceus (PLA).

After a Space-Time Distortion completely manifests, many rare items will appear on the ground within the distortion, including hard-to-get evolution items.

These items will disappear along with the distortion, when it fades. So do your best to gather as many as you can, while evading/catching the Pokémon that continuously spawn.
