Pokémon Legends: Arceus

Request 90: The Pearl Clan's Treasure

By
Seren Morgan-Roberts

This page offers a guide on how to unlock and complete Request 90: The Pearl Clan’s Treasure in Pokémon Legends: ARCEUS (PLA).

Request 90: The Pearl Clan’s Treasure.

You can only access this request once you’ve completed the main story. Once you’ve done so, you’ll find Irida at Pearl Settlement in Alabaster Icelands. She’ll challenge you to a battle!

How to Beat Irida

Irida will send out three level 64 "Eevee" IconEevee evolutions: "Flareon" IconFlareon, "Espeon" IconEspeon and "Glaceon" IconGlaceon. You’ll have to battle all three at once. Your best bet is to send out Pokémon who have moves at are effective against each of Irida’s Pokémon, and defeat them one at a time. Below you’ll find tables of weaknesses and resistances for each one so you know which moves to utilise to your advantage and which to avoid.

It is important to note that you might bring out a Pokémon that’s super effective against one of the Eevee evolutions but is weak to one of the other Eevee evolution’s moves, meaning your Pokémon might get chunked or even one-shot. Make sure to bring potions and revives and plan your party accordingly! Luckily this fight isn’t horrendously challenging so bringing a few high-levelled hard hitters will likely be sufficient. For example, "Palkia" IconPalkia and "Dialga" IconDialga, whom you should have access to at this stage in the game, will be pretty good for high damage and overall tankiness.
