Request 2: Adorable Starly.
One of the first requests you can pick up is from Marli, who is found near Choy’s Shop. She’ll ask you to complete the Pokédex entry for Starly.
Where to Find Starly in ARCEUS¶
Time to get out to Aspiration Hill in Obsidian Fieldlands and grab some Starlys.
You can easily find Starly on Aspiration Hill, just outside the starting camp in Obsidian Fieldlands.

You can do any combination of the tasks above to reach Research Level 10. However,the easiest and fastest way to complete the Pokédex entry for Starly, is to catch 6 Starly, with at least 5 of those caught without being spotted, and then defeat 1 in battle.
Adorable Starly Reward¶
Once you’ve done that, head back to Marli and show her your completed Starly Pokédex entry. She’ll then ask if you can show her a Starly. By now, you should have at least one in your collection, so show her one to finish up the request and earn x10 Pokéballs.
Marli will also want to see a Starly.
