Space-Time Distortions can appear in the following locations within the Cobalt Coastlands:

Magnemite, 
Magneton, 
Vaporeon and 
Flareon can only be caught inside Space-Time Distortions. If you’re a fan of the Magnemite line, be sure to look for this distortion! You can catch 
Magnezone at Coronet Highlands, but it’s quite annoying since it’s zooming around in the sky.
