This request can be picked up from Dagero, the man who owns the Photography Studio in Jubilife Village. Before you can pick this request up, you’ll first need to have completed Request 25: The Pokémon in the Woodland Photo. This time Dagero will show you a picture of a skull-like Pokémon next to a ship wreck (see picture below), and he asks you to catch the Pokémon in the picture. It’s also important to mention that the picture is taken at night (as the title suggests too!), so it hints that you’re looking for a nocturnal Pokémon.

Where to Find a Duskull in Arceus¶
The Pokémon in question is a 
Duskull, which as the Request’s title suggests can only be found at night. The location in the picture is near Deadwood Haunt in Cobalt Coastlands. When you head over to Cobalt Coastlands, if it isn’t night time, you can alter the time by resting at the camp until nightfall.
Once you have a Duskull, return to Dagero and show him the Duskull to complete the request and unlock a new option at the photography studio!
