This request can be picked up from the blackboard at Galaxy Hall after catching a Vulpix and unlocking Hisuian 
Braviary as a ride Pokémon during Mission 12. Vulpix can be found at Veilstone Cape within Cobalt Coastlands.
Speak to Keaka at Snowfields Camp¶

After receiving the request notice, make your way to the Snowfields Camp at Alabaster Icelands. It’s the default location you enter from. There, chat to Keaka, who’s the guy with an Alolan Vulpix next to him. He’ll explain that 5 of his Alolan Vulpix have gone missing.
Where to Find the Missing Alolan Vulpix¶
With Keaka’s information in mind, travel to the Avalanche Slopes near the south-west corner of the icelands. You can get there by climbing up the nearby cliff to the west with Sneasler, then gliding with Braviary. Once there, refer to our map and screenshots for the locations of each Vulpix.
- Vulpix 1: Atop a rocky mound towards the north. There’s a Wisp next to it.
- Vulpix 2: Towards the west, near a bunch of
Aipom and 
Ambipom. - Vulpix 3: Near a boulder around the center
- Vulpix 4: Towards the east. South from the entrance to the Ice Column Chamber.
- Vulpix 5: Towards the south-east. East from the alpha Garchomp.

Having found all 5 Vulpix, return to Keaka at the Snowfields Camp. In addition to the advertised Exp. Candy L reward, Keaka will let you keep one of the Alolan Vulpix!
