Request 82: Traces of a Lost Village.

This request is initially picked up from Mani the Ginkgo Guild Merchant, who’s found in the basement of Galaxy Hall. He’ll ask you to head out and find traces of a civilisation that once inhabited Avalanche Slopes in Alabaster Icelands.

Where to Find the Traces of the Lost Village¶

You’ll find the first evidence of the Lost Village near two Snorunts just north of Avalanche Slopes. They’ll drop a torn journal once you’ve witnessed a brief cut scene.

After that, you’ll need to follow the marker up onto a cliff to the right. You can either use Sneasler or Braviary to reach the Snorunts. Once more, you’ll have to approach the Snorunts and witness another short cut scene.

Head over to the cliff edge to catch up with the Snorunt.

Out of nowhere a Level 55 Froslass jumps out and you’ll be engaged in battle with it. Froslass is an and , which means it’s weak to Rock, Steel, Fire, Ghost and Dark type Pokémon moves. It is quite strong but we managed to defeat it pretty easily with our Alpha Ninetales (found here.). You can choose to try to catch the Froslass or defeat it outright!

Once you’ve done so, you’ll get an Old Journal. Return to Mani in the Galaxy Hall basement to finish up the request and earn x1 Dawn Stone.
