Black Myth: Wukong is an Action RPG which features lots of bosses, but a lot of them are optional and well hidden. On this page, we’ll provide you with the locations of all 17 bosses in Chapter 5.

Where to Find All Chapter 5 Bosses¶

As mentioned above, there are 17 bosses scattered around The Webbed Hollow and their locations can be found below!

Pale-Axe Stalwart Boss Location¶

The Pale-Axe Stalwart can be found by starting at the Ashen Pass I Shrine in the Woods of Ember Area and follow the path directly ahead. Defeating this fiend will reward you with some Tiny Pieces of Gold.

Brown-Iron Cart Boss Location¶

The Brown-Iron Cart can be found by starting at the Ashen Pass I Shrine in the Woods of Ember Area, then go up the stairs to the left of the Pale Axe Stalwart. Defeating this fiend will reward you with some Cold Iron Leaves.

Father of Stones Boss Location¶

The Father of Stones can be found by starting at the Height of Ember Shrine in the Woods of Ember Area, then you can find it in front of the Shrine. Defeating this fiend will reward you with some Refined Iron Sand.

Gray-Bronze Cart Boss Location¶

The Gray-Bronze Cart can be found by starting at the Height of Ember Shrine in the Woods of Ember Area, then open the nearby door and drop down to the left as you make your way down. Defeating this fiend will reward you with some Refined Iron Sand.

Quick as Fire, Fast as Wind Boss Location¶

Quick as Fire, Fast as Wind will be triggered immediately after defeating the Gray-Bronze Cart. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Gold Tree Core.

Misty Cloud, Cloudy Mist Boss Location¶

Misty Cloud, Cloudy Mist can be found by starting at the Valley Entrance Shrine in the Furnace Valley Area and simply follow the main path ahead. Defeating this fiend will reward you with the following: Misty Cloud, Cloudy Mist Spirit, Knot of Voidness and Fine Gold Thread.

Keeper of Flaming Mountains Boss Location¶

Keeper of Flaming Mountains can be found by starting at the Emerald Hall Shrine in the Furnace Valley Area and then simply follow the path around.

Yin-Yang Fish Boss Location¶

Yin-Yang Fish is the second phase of the Keeper of Flaming Mountains Battle. Defeating this fiend will reward you with some Fine Gold Thread and a Celestial Ribbon.

Crimson-Silver Cart Boss Location¶

Crimson-Silver Cart can be found by starting at the Emerald Hall Shrine in the Furnace Valley Area and then simply follow the path up. Defeating this fiend will reward you with some Cold Iron Leaves.

Nine-Capped Lingzhi Guai Boss Location¶

Nine-Capped Lingzhi Guai can be found by starting at the Ashen Pass III Shrine in the Field of Fire Area and then head over to the right. Defeating this fiend will reward you with some Refined Iron Sand and a Knot of Voidness.

Flint Vanguard Boss Location¶

Flint Vanguard can be found by starting at the Ashen Pass III Shrine in the Field of Fire Area and progress through the area until you trigger a cutscene that destroys the large balls, then backtrack to find a new path on your left. Defeating this fiend will reward you with its spirit.

Mother of Flamlings Boss Location¶

Mother of Flamlings can be found by continuing to follow the path along from the Flint Vanguard and then offer four flame ores which are dropped via the Rock Enemies to spawn it. Defeating this fiend will reward you with some Refined Iron Sand and a Samadhi Fire Crystal.

Rusty-Gold Cart Boss Location¶

Rusty-Gold Cart can be found by starting at the Cooling Slope Shrine in the Field of Fire Area and then the boss is located a bit further ahead. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Flame Orb, Mind Core and Cold Iron Leaves.

Baw-Lang-lang Boss Location¶

Baw-Lang-lang can be found by starting at the Cooling Slope Shrine in the Field of Fire Area and then simply look to the left of the Bishui Cave Entrance. Defeating this fiend will reward you with some Refined Iron Sand and a Tadpole.

Bottom Takes Top, Top Takes Bottom Boss Location¶

Bottom Takes Top, Top Takes Bottom can be found by starting at the Purge Pit Shrine in the Bishui Cave Area and then simply follow the path to the left and drop down.

Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast Boss Location¶

Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast can be found by starting at the Corridor of Fire and Ice in the Bishui Cave Area and then make your way to end of the area. Defeating this fiend will reward you with the following: Daoist’s Basket of Fire, Bishui Beast Bit Water, Celestial Ribbon and Fine Gold Thread.

Red Boy/Yaksha King Boss Location¶

Red Boy/Yaksha King are the final boss of chapter 5 and it can be found by starting at the Fallen Furnace Crater Shrine in the Field of Fire Area and following the path ahead! Defeating this fiend will reward you with the following: Kun Steel, Gold Tree Core, Celestial Ribbon and a Mind Core.
