Best RAPP H Loadout in MW2¶

The way we prefer to build the RAPP H makes this weapon a more mobile LMG. It means you can pretty much use this as a slightly heavier Assault Rifle, but have the qualities of an incredibly quick-firing gun with some decent ADS options. You also have really good baseline recoil control with this weapon and don’t need to worry about controlling it too well, unlike other LMGs. Therefore, the best RAPP H loadout in MW2 to equip for this playstyle is as follows:

• Barrel: 10.6“ Lachstrike barrel
• Muzzle: Polarfire Suppressor
• Underbarrel: Sharkfin
• Rear Grip: LM64 Rear Grip
• Option 5: Pick a sight you want, or choose either of the mobile or precision stock options

The Muzzle you want is the Polarfire Suppressor. This increases the velocity and damage range, as well as silencing your rounds and adjusting your recoil smoothness. It’s a fairly solid starting option considering a compensator isn’t needed to control this weapon’s recoil.

A 10.6“ Lachstrike Barrel improves the gun’s ADS speed and hip fire control, making this a much better gun to ADS with. • Secondary: X13 Auto Pistol or Expedite 12 if using Overkill
• Tactical: Medical Syringe or Flash Grenades
• Lethal: Semtex
• Field Upgrade: Dead Silence

The secondary you want depends if you use the Overkill perk or not. Either way, the purpose of these weapons is to assist you at close range when you run out of ammo, or when you need a reliable point-blank hip-fire weapon.

As for the Tactical, the Medical Syringe is a great option. These will help stimulate your health to regenerate sooner. Furthermore, the magazine size is 75, compared to the usual base of 20-30, so you can fight for a lot longer than most players. Therefore, you will naturally get into combat a lot more. It is a valid safety net if you find yourself just about surviving battles. If you have no issues with health, the Flash Grenade is great for pushing those awkward camper rooms and objectives.

The Lethal of choice is the Semtex. This quick-timed explosive is great for getting enemies out of combat, or flushing objectives for quick and easy kill streaks. Your RAPP H loadout and class are built to support this, so using a Semtex will not feel jarring.

Lastly, the Field Upgrade of choice is Dead Silence. You’re slower than most, but can engage in run-and-gun action. You don’t want a slow, yet loud person running for a long time, which offers more time for enemies to react to your advances. Due to this, Dead Silence is even more important for you than most loadouts.

Best RAPP H Perks in MW2¶

• Basic Perk 1: Scavenger
• Basic Perk 2: Overkill or Tracker
• Bonus Perk: Fast Hands or Quick Fix
• Ultimate Perk: Ghost

One of the best RAPP H perks in MW2 is Scavenger. Since this build has you running around, you can viably pick up scavenger ammo packs from the floor. Therefore, you don’t need Ammo Box to support your ammo-guzzling gameplay.

The second perk depends on your preference. The Overkill perk allows you to pick an SMG or the Expedite-12 shotgun. These will help you in those close-range hip-fire fights since your LMG is not too effective there. If you don’t go for the Overkill perk, then Tracker is a decent option. Even though this LMG is fairly quick, you are still substantially slower than other weapon types. Therefore, Tracker allows you to think about your movement and positioning better to prepare your ADS for oncoming fast Operators.

The only Bonus Perk you need is the Fast Hands perk. Fast Hands improves your reload speed, drastically shortening its 7(ish) seconds base reload speed.
