Heaviest of Hearts is one of the new gigs that’ll become available once you can fully explore Dogtown without any restrictions and have completed the mission Firestarter. Throughout this mission, you’ll be tasked with visiting the Heavy Hearts club to find Georgina Zembinsky. Read below to find out how to successfully navigate your way into the VIP Section of the Club.

How to Start The Heaviest of Hearts Gig in Cyberpunk 2077¶
Before you can start the Heaviest of Hearts Gig you’ll need to progress through the main story until you’ve completed the mission Firestarter, then you’ll want to go to the Luxor High Wellness Spa Fast Travel and head up to the roundabout by walking northwest. Mr. Hands will contact you and request that you meet with a client named Michael who can be found standing in a hardware store underneath. You’ll quickly learn that he testified against his son after a lawyer Georgina Zembinsky gave him no choice, so he needs your help to change Eric’s fate.
Where to Find Georgina Zembinsky¶

You’ll now want to visit the Heavy Hearts Club which is located to the northwest of the Luxor High Wellness Spa Fast Travel. Once you’re inside the club, pay a visit to the bar and ask the bartender if she knows of Georgina’s whereabouts, then she’ll point you in the direction of someone called Jack. Head up the nearby stairs and enter the restroom to find him, then give him 550 Eddies and he’ll inform you that Georgina is currently located in VIP Room 4. Exit the restroom and head over to the VIP Area which is located on the opposite side of the club
How to Reach VIP Booth 4 Undetected¶
Here you’ll want to wait for Markus to be thrown out, then crouch and enter the room, then quickly take down the guard before he heads upstairs. Now you’ll want to head upstairs and quickly disable the two surveillance cameras which are located on the ceiling before shooting the guard in the middle of the room with a silenced weapon, then as you make your way into the more open section of the VIP Area you’ll want to disable another camera and enter the room behind the bar and perform a stealth takedown.

From here, use your silenced weapon of choice and pick off the guard standing behind the bar and the guard standing beside the STA Only Door, then you’ll find Booth 4 directly opposite the bar. Speak with the attorney and he’ll inform you that Georgina is currently in booth 6 which is located around the corner. However, make sure you turn off the camera and pick off the guard before approaching the room. Unfortunately, you can go in via the door unless your Technical Ability is level 20, so enter the room around the corner and take out one more guard before interacting with the Distribution Box.
Should You Agree to Georgina’s Deal?¶
Enter Booth 6 and watch the recording with Georgina, you’ll face a choice to let Georgina submit the testimony but the source will remain anonymous, but obviously Michael won’t be happy with this outcome or you can refuse Georgina’s deal and she’ll delete the testimony but then you’ll have to deal with her bodyguard as a result. However, if your Body Level is 9, then you can use the dialogue option “Be smart about this, Hank” and he’ll quietly leave. Once you’ve made your choice, return to Michael and the quest will come to a close!
