Description¶

Occupational Hazard is a Gig you’ll encounter in Cyberpunk 2077. This is a SOS: Merc Needed type Gig located in Northside and is available from Street Cred Lv 1.

Head to Northside¶

To get this Gig started, make your way to Northside and head to the south of this subdistrict, east from Martin St Fast Travel. Once you reach the Autoworks warehouse, you’ll get a call from Regina detailing your target, Hal Cantos.

Head west from Martin St. Fast Travel point to begin this Gig.

Find Hal Cantos¶

There are two ways to gain entry to the warehouse, both equally viable. You can simply stroll right up to the front door and open them with a Technical 5 Skill check, this will lead you straight into the heart of the warehouse where you’ll notice a Cyberpsycho attack. This is perfect if you’re not looking for a peaceful solution and instead prefer to have your guns do the talking.

Alternatively, use the dumpster outside the building to reach the roof (or Double Jump if you have it already) and climb through the shutter here. You can then head through the door to find an injured Mox. Converse with her and you’ll learn that you can slot into Bex nearby.

Leave the room and while still in Stealth, head across the upper walkway to reach the other side and find Bex. Jack in and complete the hack to weaken Anna and head downstairs to begin the battle with with Anna. With her weakened, the battle is a lot easier but you’ll still want to use the area to your advantage such as canisters or even dropping the car lift onto her.

Anna is a difficult battle still however and you’ll have to keep your distance while she rushes at you with her Mantis Blade. Quick firing weapons that you can hipfire work well here as you need to keep dodging backwards. If you opt to keep your distance, she’ll use guns against you and they’ll cause a lot more damage than if you simply avoided her.

Once she’s defeated, claim your loot and then to the blue cargo container to find Hal Cantos. Inform you’ve dealt with Anna and you’ll complete the Gig.
