Head to Kabuki¶
Head to the slums which is located southeast of the Bellevue Overwalk Fast Travel.
To begin this Gig you’ll want to go to the slums which is located southeast of the Bellevue Overwalk Fast Travel.
Find Joe-Hyun in the restricted part of the slums¶
Once you’ve arrived at the slums, then take the steps up to the roof. Here you’ve got to find Joe-Hyun, which can be done by keeping to the right wall and following the path around. Eventually, you’ll walk into an enemy, so distract him with the floodlight and take him down before walking further ahead.

Upon reaching the end of the path, head up the stairs and take left to find Joe. Take him down and leave the area to complete the job.
