To unlock this ending route, you’ll need to complete the Side Job Blistering Love, then, during Nocturne Op55N1, when you have to make your decision you’ll get the option “Think you and Rogue should go.”. Confirm it by following up with [Take pseudoendotrizine] “I am. Do your thing, Johnny.” and you’ll forfeit your consciousness in the hopes that Johnny can succeed where he failed fifty years ago. Only then will Nocturne Op55N1 end and For Whom the Bell Tolls begin.
You’ll appear outside of Afterlife. Head on in and interrupt Rogue, say whatever you wish and Johnny will work his magic to get Rogue on board. After a timeskip - and a rude awakening - follow Weyland, talk to Rogue, then gear up by picking up the weapons on offer, including the iconic assault rifle Prejudice, a legendary Tactician and some Retrothrusters - boots that supposedly allow you to jump from any height.
Have to put that to the test, eh?
After you’ve taken what loot you can, take a shard from Rogue and she’ll go over the plan. When she’s done, head into the back room and talk to Nix and follow his instructions. Once you’re in cyberspace talk to Alt and pick whatever dialogue options you wish, then when back in reality talk to Rogue and follow her to the AV.
The more things change, the more they stay the same…
This ends the job For Whom the Bell Tolls, the followup job, Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door will begin immediately afterwards.
