In the southwestern corner of Northside, Watson. You’ll find the Holo-Tinted Badge Goggles on the body of an NCPD officer, who is lying in a backlot near his patrol car. This is just south of the Pershing St. fast travel terminal, and west of the Martin St. fast travel terminal, as well as in the midst of various jobs: southeast of Cyberpsycho Sighting: Where the Bodies Hit the Floor, northeast of the Gig: Many Ways to Skin a Cat, and west of the Gig: Flight of the Cheetah.
