Located in Vista Del Rey, Heywood, start out by traveling to the Skyline East fast travel terminal, which is located along the canal that divides Vista Del Rey from Arroyo to the southeast. Once there, turn northeast and cross the street at the crosswalk. Once across, turn right and head down the sidewalk until you find some stairs to the left. Ascend them, head down an alley past some outdoor stalls and through a gate. Continue on until you find a fenced in tower/silo, and follow the external perimeter of the fence right, then left, and when it ends turn right to find another alley. Continue down this alley, but keep your eyes to the right to find some corpses, one of which has the Heat-Resistant Aramid-Weave Fixer Bustier legendary armor.
