(1 of 4) Travel to Kabuki Market and look for a passage across the street to the left.

You’ll find this legendary armor in the northwestern edge of Kabuki, in Watson. Travel to the Kabuki Market fast travel terminal and from there follow the sidewalk clockwise until you find a passage across the street to the left. Head through this passage and down some stairs to reach another market - this is where you’ll find the Gig: Woman of La Mancha and the Ripperdoc Robert. Make your way to the left edge of the market (from the stairs) to find an elevator. Ride it up to the 3rd floor and disembark, then exit to the left to get back outside. Turn left to get behind a stall and you’ll find a chest containing Gold-Tipped Manganese Steel Solo Boots.
