Rucksacks are an important part of playing MW3 Zombies, as you can travel around the world, looting more items. Whether you need loot to sell, turret parts, or fancy carrying a few extra self-revive kits, a larger Rucksack will help that out. The better the rucksack, the better the looting capacity you can have. So, we are here to assist with the best way to get a large Rucksack in MW3.

Large Rucksack Locations in MW3 Zombies¶
To get Large Rucksacks in MW3 Zombies, you can do the following:
- Loot Lockers
- Loot Merc Caches
- High-Threat Buy Stations
Both Lockers and Merc Caches from our experience tend to have the better drop chances of containing Rucksacks. More than likely you’ll find more Medium Rucksacks than anything else. However, sometimes they can contain the large versions. So, even if you’re running a low Rucksack, you can always stock up on medium Rucksacks this way until you get lucky and grab the Large Rucksack.
On the other hand, if you fancy saving up 10,000 Aether, then head over to a Buy Station in High-Threat areas. The reason why is because the High-Threat Buy Stations contain Large Rucksacks for 10,000. So, if you can save up for that, then make a quick stop at the buy station along the road near the bridge from Old Town to Low Town. You likely won’t get ambushed by that many big zombies if you make a pit stop here, but if you do, make sure to throw out a quick Monkey Bomb and distract them so you can be safe, spend your money, and get out.
Successfully acquiring a Large Rucksack will award the player with nine slots to hold bonus lootables. So, they are certainly worth it for carrying extra plates, valuables, and other good items you want on you.
