Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer has finally arrived and although Sledgehammer Games has kept a lot of the mechanics from the previous game there are a couple of additions, such as the Tactical Stance which increases your Mobility and Reduces Weapon Spread. Read below to learn more about Tactical Stance and how it works.
What Does Tactical Stance Mean in MW3¶
Tactical Stance is a new mechanic introduced to Modern Warfare 3 which is a great addition for players that prefer to play more aggressively or if you find yourself in a close-quarter situation, as it bridges the gap between hip-firing and aiming-down-sights (ADS). It gives you a tighter bullet spread and increases your mobility which is better than normal hip firing and you won’t have to lose precious seconds trying to ADS. This means your damage output won’t be reduced which means you will be able to pick off enemies faster and you’ll be able to react faster.
How To Tactical Stance MW3¶
If you wish to use this mechanic, then you’ll need to head over to the settings tab followed by Gameplay Settings, then look for Tactical ADS Activation. Here you’ll have multiple keybind options that you can use to activate this stance, such as ADS+Melee or Double-Tap ADS. If you wish to exit Tac-Stance then you’ll want to press the same keybind again. You’ll know if Tactical Stance has been successfully activated, as your weapon will be tilted to the side.
