As you are going through the story of Sea of Stars, you will sometimes stumble upon a puzzle, or an equivalent, that confuses you. Such is the case with a little section in the Haunted Mansion dungeon, on Wraith Island. You will be asked to make a Master Ghost Sandwich for a NPC and this page will walk you through what to do to get it right.

You will need to make the sandwich in order to continue the main story.

Master Ghost Sandwich Recipe¶

In order to progress through the Haunted Mansion dungeon on Wraith Island, a NPC will ask you to make them a sandwich. They will actually tell you the ingredients to use for their recipe, then shuffle you off to make it for them. They will open the door to the kitchen, which is just left of them, so go ahead and enter it. Naturally, being the chef of the group, Garl will make the sandwich, but you will need to gather the ingredients for him. All of the ingredients will be in the kitchen and if you need a refresher on the recipe, there is a paper on the counter that has it.

The ingredients you need are as follows:

• Two parts Hepar
• Four parts Dust
• Three parts Sugar
• One part Rust
• Two slices of Dread

The Dread is obvious, since you see it floating to the right of the recipe. The Hepar is found in the southern corner of the room, the Rust is found on the eastern end, the Sugar at the end of the counter jutting out on the northwestern side, and the Dust is to the left of the Sugar. If you are having trouble spotting these, they will sparkle, so look for that. Simply approach each spot and a menu will pop up, allowing you to choose the number needed.

Once you’ve picked the correct amounts (if you choose wrong by mistake, you can choose again and pick the right one), speak with Garl and tell him you’re ready to start cooking. This should net you the Master Ghost Sandwich, so bring it back to that ghost to finish. Doing things all right will net you a bonus of 100G, too, so that’s even better!
