The Haunted Mansion is the home of the Dweller of Woe, so you will visit this as your last stop on your trek to Wraith Island. Once you enter the place, you won’t be allowed to leave until you are finished. Thankfully, you can come back here later, if needed, but there isn’t any reason to do that, as all of the chests can be opened on your first time here.

You can see the first chest on a balcony in the foyer of the Haunted Mansion, on the right side. In order to get to it, walk up the main stairs and look to the right of where Headmaster Moraine is doing his thing. The candles here will be unlit, so interact with them to give them some light. Doing this will open up a secret passage right next to the candles, which you can take to open the chest (Obsidian Ingot).

There is a chest on the right side of the dining room for you to loot.
The second chest you will encounter a little later, once you reach the dining room. This is the room where you find a table in the middle of it, with some Meat and Dairy on it. After defeating the enemies there, go to the right of the room and you will see the chest in the corner. It contains the Recipe: Mooncradle Fish Pie key item.

Drop down here to grab this chest after the puzzle in the library.
After you do the little puzzles with the Crown and skulls in the library, you will be able to exit right by the statue on the right side. This will lead to a small area with some climbable walls. When you reach the second wall, instead of going right, slide down it and you will find the chest with a Spectral Cape inside it.

You likely saw this chest in the dining room earlier, but you weren’t able to reach it, due to there being debris in the way. Once you make it to the gardens area, go to the left side, in the bottom section, to find an unlit torch. If you interact with it, you’ll find a button inside, which you can press to light it. This will open a secret passage right next to it, so go through it to find yourself at that chest from earlier. Open it for a Rainbow Conch.

The final chest in the Haunted Mansion is located in the gardens area, in the northwestern corner. After clearing out all of the normal enemies here, you will see that some brambles will still be blocking the doorway there. You will have to defeat the Botanical Horror boss first, so do that and go back to the door to see it’s no longer being blocked. Go inside that room to find the chest, which contains Music Sheet #2. You can give these to Yolande at any inn, where they are playing music, to get more tracks for them to play.
