There are a number of side quests in Sea of Stars and one that you can get at the end of the game is related to Romaya. During this side quest, you will have to find her secret passage and upon doing so, you will head to the Half Sunken Tower. This place is a smaller area you have to go through, in order to reach Romaya herself. You will reach this place after giving the Yellow Flame to the Ferryman.
You’ll be taken to the tower upon giving the Yellow Flame to the Ferryman.
Upon finally getting to the Half Sunken Tower, you will find a save point right off of the dock. There is nothing around the water by the Ferryman, so just head north from the start. Hop across the gaps in the broken bridge, then fight the enemies up here. Although the Lonzons are familiar to you, the ones here are stronger than previously, so expect a little more fight out of them. Loot the Apples after the battle, then get on the nearby raft.
Head to the southern dock here, where you’ll find some more enemies (two Lonzons and a Gulgul). Defeat them, then loot the basket on the left side to receive 4x Maple Syrup. There’s more Apples in the corner and if you look off the southern side, you should notice another chest in the water. Go to the southeast corner of this area to find where you can jump into the water. Once you do, swim southwest-west and you will reach the chest, which contains a Rainbow Conch. Return to the raft and sail north of the southern dock.
You’re looking for another dock up north and you’ll know you’re in the right spot if you see the grapple point. Before using it, grab the Bell Peppers on the northern side first. Now, stand on the stone platform, then use the grapple to reach the climbable wall. This takes you to the deck, where you’ll see a lever. Pulling it will drop the wooden box to your right, so do that. Back at the raft, sail to the southeastern corner for one final dock. Loot the Peaches, then rest up and save your game. Use the box you dropped before to get inside the tower.
Inside the Half Sunken Tower¶
One of the first things you will see inside is some cracked floor, as well as some enemies (two Mermofwizquards and a Gulgul). After the fight, head upwards and another battle will be waiting at the top (two Gulguls and a Mermofwizqaurd). Loot the basket on the left (x6 Peaches), then pull the lever to make a platform appear. Go to the edge and jump straight down to crash through that cracked floor. Climb the ledges on the side to get the chest (x2 Obsidian Ore) and use the whirlpool to go underwater.

Come out the other end to appear in the room with Romaya, so approach her to start the boss battle. It’s best to have full health before beginning the fight, as Romaya is definitely a little challenging.
