The Fallen Monk with the flamethrower can be found in the latter portion of Zanarkand. It is also in the Zombie status, so it is vulnerable to healing magic and items. They also have pretty low health compared to other enemies, so they shouldn’t take too long to defeat. The only attack they will do is to shoot their flamethrower at the party, damaging them with a fire-based attack.
