The Flame Flan is a pretty common enemy on the Calm Lands, so you should have no trouble finding them. If you’re looking for capture a lot of them, stick right by the exit to the Monster Arena. You should be used to these gelatinous fiends by now, as their are resistant to physical attacks. Thus, you will need to resort to using magic on it, with Ice being its weakness. The only thing this enemy will do is cast Firaga on each of its turns. Note that you should be stealing Fire Gems from these, which can be used in Mixes and as attack items.
