The Demonolith is a fiend that is found both Inside Sin and the Omega Ruins. The Demonolith can be a dangerous enemy, due to the plethora of ailments it can inflict on your party. It has two versions of a normal attack, one against normal characters and another for Aeons. The former can inflict Curse and Zombie, while the one against Aeons is a normal attack. If you attack it, the Demonolith will counter with Pharaoh’s Curse, which inflicts Curse, Darkness, Poison and Silence. Both Aeons and special damage will not trigger the counter. You can also inflict Silence on the fiend to prevent the counter, although it has some resistance to it.

The last attack in its arsenal is Stone Breath, which has a high chance to Petrify your party. You should be running armor with Stoneproof on it when exploring Inside Sin or the Omega Ruins. Speaking of the Omega Ruins, you will want to have First Strike on a weapon there, since the Demonolith has Initiative (only there and not Inside Sin). If you’re not doing capturing, the Demonolith does absolutely nothing against Valefor.
