The Coeurl can be found on the Calm Lands, seemingly more common in the central and northwest portions of the plains. It can be an annoying fiend to fight, especially if you give it chances to attack you. It knows both Thundara and Blizzara, both of the elements it will halve damage from if you use it. Additionally, it has a chance to use Silence. When its HP goes under half, it will begin using Drain and Blaster, the latter of which can inflict Petrify on a single character. While it’s not entirely immune to Silence, it would help cut back on a number of its attacks.
